About Matthew

Matthew Robbins is a 2D animator based in Vancouver, BC with a passion for storyboarding. He went to Emily Carr University of Art + Design, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Media Arts. There he developed his skills in ToonBoom Harmony, and Adobe CC (eg. Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, and Animate).

Matt’s storytelling exploreds themes of good versus evil and coming of age while also delving into difficult subjects like mental health and the hidden burdens of trauma. While Matt is early in his animation career, he is a fast learner eager to gain industry experience.
